I had a great experience renting tables and chairs from Ascend Events. The website was easy to navigate, quote was exact with no hidden fees, the owners communicate with you directly and make sure to answer any questions or concerns. I love that they are flexible with delivering a day before the event to take stress away from the day of and pickup is arranged on the day after the event if needed. I will be a returning customer its great to work with a friendly company!

This company is excellent. They came on time to put together and tear down the tints. The tables and chairs were so clean I did not use my table covers at all. The staff is amazing and easy to deal with. I will only use them for my party events.

I highly recommend Ascend Events! I reached out to 3 other companies for a quote and Ascend Events responded very promptly. There was no waiting. After calculating the prices for the other companies that never responded Ascend had better pricing overall. As far as the delivery and pickup time they were there in the estimated arrival time for both times. The items delivered were in good condition and my guest loved the comfort of the garden chairs with the cushion. I had an outside wedding and the chairs looked great under the tent. I definitely will be using them again!

This company is so awesome!!! My wedding was on August 31st and they dropped everything off 2 days before which allowed us to come early to set up. Very blessed and thankful to have this company cater to my wedding. I had to get tables last minute and they allowed me to add them excluding the extra fees! They are very flexible and are willing to go out their way to make your day great. I’d tell anybody to go with them.

To reserve event equipment, we require a signed rental agreement and a deposit. For orders exceeding $200, a 50% deposit is required, while orders under $200 necessitate a 100% deposit. The remaining balance is due three business days before delivery. If payment is to be made via credit or debit card, the balance will be processed three business days before delivery.
