We had a great experience renting tables! Communication was clear and prompt, and when we needed to change our date, everything was handled smoothly and without any issues. Delivery and pickup were both easy and stress-free. We would definitely recommend and will use them again!

Needed a table and chairs to host a small get together. Ascend Events was able to accommodate my last minute request. Quick communication even after hours, accessible web page and rental process and seamless delivery and pick up. Would use them again and recommend for others looking for event rentals.

Perfect experience with this company. I had to work up to the day of my event but they were able to communicate everything through text as I needed. I’ve rented chairs in the past and I will say these had more seating area. They were not cheep. Delivery personnel was exceptionally Pleasant so yes, I will be a returning customer!

To reserve event equipment, we require a signed rental agreement and a deposit. For orders exceeding $200, a 50% deposit is required, while orders under $200 necessitate a 100% deposit. The remaining balance is due three business days before delivery. If payment is to be made via credit or debit card, the balance will be processed three business days before delivery.

Cancellation by Customer: Refunds are not issued for canceled rentals, but we offer a rain-check option.
