Where do I start. From the initial phone call to delivery and pick up it was the easiest process ever. God knows I needed it to be easy as I was renting chairs for a memorial service for my mother and didn’t have the time nor the patience for anything to go wrong. I called up and everyone I dealt with was nothing short of helpful and amazing. I spoke with a gentleman who helped walk me through the process of ordering and paying for the chair rental ( super fast easy and very affordable) and Lindsey for the pick up (which took no time and front door service) Thank you to everyone and if you’re reading this and need to rent chairs or tables this is who you need to rent from. Take my word on it.

Mateo, Lindsey, and everyone else I dealt with were amazing. They took my calls and were always helpful no matter. The care and attention they give to each event and customer says a lot about their company. They always made us feel prioritized and made our vision for the events come to life. I hired them for my graduation party and for my office company party. They were very helpful. They never made me feel bad or guilty if I changed my mind on something or asked 21 questions lol. I was not sure the tent size I wanted would fit in my yard and they came by to measure and assured me it would work. I have worked with other companies in the past and Ascend Events are top tier! This is my 2nd time using Ascend Events and they never disappoint! From start to finish, their team is professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. The chairs, tables, and bar we rented were in perfect condition, and the delivery and pickup process was smooth and right on time, as always. To reserve event equipment, we require a signed rental agreement and a deposit. For orders exceeding $200, a 50% deposit is required, while orders under $200 necessitate a 100% deposit. The remaining balance is due three business days before delivery. If payment is to be made via credit or debit card, the balance will be processed three business days before delivery.
